the dinner will be at 9 pm on saturday september 17. we invite you to join us a few minutes earlier for a look at the wines.

we will announce the precise address of the dinner when we confirm your reservation.

Members of the winemaking team of the Scholium Project and the Redhook Winery will prepare dinner for you.

The kitchen will consist of Robb Buono, Colin Alevras, Abe Schoener and a few eager friends. Robert Dentice will be in charge of wine service. We are still developing the final articulation of the menu but we have the spine of the wine service. A preliminiary sketch appears below. We will keep subscribers updated as the wines become final.

We will serve 12 guests at the table.

Your purchase of a seat will constitute your reservation. A maximum of two seats per reservation, please.

The cost is $175.00, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Service will be somewhat hunting camp; the food and wine will not be.
