We bottled and released seven wines this Spring:

This scheme exhibits the continuing development of the project, but at a stage nearing maturation. One wine is transitional, a step in our exploration of remarkable vineyards; one wine is a singularity, somewhat like a catastrophe, somewhat like an angelic vision; one wine is new, from a vineyard of astounding promise; one wine represents a winemaking side-path from another vineyard. The rest are already the foundation of the project: they are each from vineyards that have produced sold-out previous releases, and that are certain in their ability to produce beautiful wines in the future.

This allows us to foresee the shape of the project for the next few years.

Other explorations and experiments will of course arise (for instance, we are hoping for a barbera from the FAY vineyard, planted 30 years ago)

But these vineyards and the wines that issue from them will be the center and foundation of our work.
