It is cold and bright outside and harvest is over. Even bottling is done.

On December 14, we bottled the greatest amount of Scholium Project wines ever produced. The bulk of this wine is Verdelho from the Delta, fermented in tank, matured just the slightest degree before its intended New Year's eve debut. We also bottled the first pinot noir from Maldonado Vineyards, and the next vintage of Thin Air pinot. Lastly, we bottled 22 cases of the Lydian Queen.
